Charl Langeveldt, who yesterday replaced Nicky Boje for the South African squad for their tour of India, has an injury and may himself have to be replaced, according to a report from the South Africa Press Association.Langeveldt, 29, a right-arm swing bowler from Highveld Lions , has an injury to his third and fourth vertebrae on the left side. “I’ll be very disappointed if I can’t go,” he said. “Conditions over there would suit my style of bowling.”Graeme Smith scored a double hundred for Western Province Boland against the Lions last weekend, and Langeveldt may have been overbowled against him. A final decision will not be taken until Friday when he will have fitness tests.
