Loads of Everton fans have been reacting to Friday night’s big transfer news, as it seems like they have finally made their move for Yerry Mina.
According to Dominic King, the Toffees have bid “more than £27m” for the towering Barcelona centre back, who many fans feel could be the perfect long term partner for Michael Keane.
Mina has been heavily linked with a switch to Merseyside since his incredible World Cup showing, where he grabbed three goals from the back for Colombia, including one against Pickford’s England.
The 23 year-old was extremely highly rated when he joined Barcelona in January, but his struggle to break into the first team has forced him to look elsewhere for first team minutes.

There could be one potential snag in the deal though, as King’s report claims another Premier League team has bid for the Colombian.
It’s no surprise that there is plenty of interest in the giant youngster, but Everton simply must win this race or they could be forced to rely on the ageing Phil Jagielka once again this season.
