The 19-year-old enjoyed a breakout competition in Switzerland, earning Young Player of the Tournament honours. That prize came her way after netting dramatic goals off the bench in quarter-final and semi-final clashes with Sweden and Italy respectively.

She also figured in a final showdown with Spain as the Lionesses prevailed in another penalty shootout and successfully defended their continental crown. Agyemang is not, however, guaranteed game time at her parent club.
