Eric Bailly just can’t catch a break as of late.
Ever since the defender joined Manchester United from Villarreal in 2016, he has unfortunately been riddled with injuries.
And now, just after returning to fitness and actually getting on the pitch for the Red Devils, he got injured again after landing rather awkwardly while trying to chase down Son Heung-min in the game against Tottenham Hotspur.

The 25-year-old was then stretchered out and the club have since confirmed the severity of his injury, stating that Bailly will be out for four to five months.
Jesse Lingard has now taken to

Bailly only managed to accumulate a total of 18 appearances in 2018/19 season, and just 12 of which were made in the Premier League .
His constant struggle for fitness is having a severely detrimental effect on his career, and his recent run of misfortune is certainly a major worry for everybody associated with the club.
