Carlo Ancelotti admits Chelsea need to find form quickly but stresses he is unconcerned about rumours he could be sacked.
The Chelsea boss came under more pressure on Wednesday night as the Blues slumped to a 1-0 Champions League defeat at Marseille.
The Stamford Bridge side had already booked their spot in the knock-out stages but the Italian fielded a strong side and Ancelotti admits he was keen to take all three points in a bid to end the Blues' recent slump.
Chelsea relinquished their position as Premier League leaders to Arsenal last weekend, while the last time they won in the league was a 1-0 victory over Fulham on November 10, and Ancelotti admits results must pick up soon.
Chelsea face a tricky trip to Spurs on Sunday but Ancelotti claims he is not concerned about his position at Stamford Bridge and is concentrating his efforts on turning the club's fortunes around.
"Everyone now thinks we will be beaten in our next game. I picked my strongest team against Marseille because we are in a bad moment and this was a chance to change that," said the former AC Milan boss.
"But we missed this opportunity because we didn't win and we didn't play well, so the bad moment continues.
"Now we have a very difficult game against a very good Tottenham team and we all have to stay strong and focused.
"I am not worried about my position, just by the fact that we are not doing our best. We have to do better to move on from this moment quickly."Subscribe to Football FanCast News Headlines by Email
